WE WILL rescind the rule/policy in our handbook that threatens you with discharge for discussing wages and WE WILL notify you when this has been done.

WE WILL make Stephen Dale, who has waived reinstatement, whole for any loss of wages and other benefits suffered because we fired him and WE WILL compensate Stephen Dale for the adverse tax consequences, if any, of receiving a lump-sum backpay award, and file a report with the Social Security Administration allocating the backpay to the appropriate calendar quarters.

WE WILL remove from our files all references to the discharge of Stephen Dale and WE WILL notify him in writing that this has been done and that the discharge will not be used as a basis for any future personnel action or made reference to in response to any inquiry by any employer, prospective employer, employment agency, unemployment insurance office, or reference-seeker.
